Mystery Shopping
Mystery shopping is used for improvement of products and services. Shoppers are chosen with regards to the clients’ shopper profile. During the visits (calls or other type of contacts), mystery shoppers follow instructions and act as ordinary shoppers. They evaluate the specified product/service and explain their evaluation.
